Brief Introduction

DFW high voltage cable branch box series is widely used for node connection of 35kV, 24kV and 10kV cable systems. It is the main electrical equipment for cable collection and tapping after outgoing from the switchgear. The cable joints of the junction box shall be tightly covered with imported rubber with high-grade insulation, without exposed electrified body; the switches with switch junction box shall be SF6 insulated load switch.

DFW junction box is designed for outdoor maintenance free operation, safe and reliable, its protection level reaches ip33, and the underground junction can withstand flood flooding. This product is widely used in the distribution network of urban industrial area, residential area, commercial center, mining area, steel, automobile, petroleum, chemical industry, cement and other large enterprises and other occasions, especially suitable for urban power grid reconstruction project, which can greatly save the investment of electrical equipment and cables, and improve the reliability of power supply.

Product Features

1. Compact structure, small floor area, simple installation, convenient operation and maintenance free.
2. All the boxes are made of metal steel plate or stainless steel plate with a thickness of 2mm. They are designed with anti-corrosion and treated with special painting, and they can operate reliably in harsh environment (with a service life of ≥ 30 years).
3. Outdoor all-weather, all-round protective structure, suitable for high temperature, severe cold, flood immersion, high dust area.
4. Fully sealed and insulated structure, no insulation distance is required, and the high-voltage live parts are all silicone rubber or EPDM prefabricated cable connectors, effectively ensuring personal safety.
5. The flexible combination can make the branch number of outgoing line reach seven ways, and can form a ring network with SF6 load switch for power supply, fully meeting various wiring requirements.
6. The cable connector can be used as a switch to pull and plug with load and disconnect the 200A load current.
7. After installing the fault indicator, the circuit fault can be detected quickly.
